This Privacy Policy describes how NYSALE Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of Reina Del Sol Villa, Reina Del Sol Kosher Villa and Reina Del Mar and the websites ReinaDelSolVilla.com, ArubaKosherVilla.com and ReinaDelMarAruba.com, collects, uses, and shares your personal information.

What personal information we collect

When you submit a booking inquiry or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, requested travel dates, number of guests, and any message you include. We also collect records of our communications with you, including SMS conversations.

Website usage and approximate location

We measure how our websites are used so we can understand which pages are helpful and where our guests are finding us. When you visit a page or submit a form, we record the page you viewed, the website that referred you, any campaign tag in the link you followed, and an approximate location — city, state or region, and country — derived from your IP address.

We do not store your IP address. It is used only to look up the approximate location and is then discarded. This location is derived from your internet provider's network and is often only accurate to the general area, not your actual address.

If you reach us by clicking one of our adverts, the link carries an identifier from the advertising platform. We store that identifier so we can tell which adverts lead to real enquiries. We do not buy or use profiles of you from other companies, and we do not track what you do on websites that are not ours. To avoid counting a single visit several times, our sites keep a random identifier in your browser's session storage; it is deleted when you close the tab.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your booking inquiries, communicate with you about availability, pricing, and your stay, provide customer service before, during, and after your visit, and improve our services. If you provide your phone number through our booking inquiry form, we may contact you by SMS text message regarding your inquiry. We use website usage and approximate location data in aggregate, to understand which pages and marketing channels bring us enquiries — not to make decisions about individual guests.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business — such as our website hosting, messaging, and reservation-management providers — and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.

Advertising measurement. When you complete an availability search, we send Google a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your email address so that Google can tell us which of our adverts produced the enquiry. The scrambling happens in your own browser: Google never receives your email address itself, and it is used only to count our own conversions, not to build an advertising profile of you or to show you adverts elsewhere. We never send your phone number to Google or to any other advertising platform. If you would prefer we did not do this at all, email us and we will exclude you.

SMS communications

By submitting your phone number through our booking inquiry form, you agree to receive SMS messages from NYSALE Inc. regarding your inquiry and stay. Message frequency varies. Data retention and security

We retain your information for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@reinadelsolvilla.com. To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message.
