    Reina Concierge

We run villas on this island, which means we already know the florists who turn up, the caterers who can handle a beach, and the officiant who will not keep you waiting. Reina Concierge is that same knowledge pointed at your wedding day.

Whether you are marrying at the villa or somewhere else entirely, the job is the same: you should be a guest at your own wedding.

    This is probably you

    • You care about how the details come together
    • You want your guests properly looked after
    • You would rather not be chasing vendors from abroad
    • You want to enjoy the day, not run it

    How we can help

Four ways in, depending on how much of it you want to carry yourself.

    Full Planning

Couples starting with nothing but a date in mind.

    • Venue scouting across the island
    • Vendor sourcing and management
    • Timeline and budget kept on track
    • Guest accommodation and arrivals
    • Ceremony and reception run on the day

Up to 75 guests, covering both the ceremony and the reception, civil, church or on the beach. Larger guest counts and extra events are quoted separately.

    Starting at$4,550

    Partial Planning

You have the venue, or a few vendors, and need the rest handled.

    • Vendors matched to what you have already booked
    • A timeline that holds the day together
    • On-the-day coordination
    • Concierge extras for you and your guests

Up to 75 guests, ceremony and reception, civil, church or beach. Extra events and larger guest counts are quoted separately.

    Starting at$3,250

    Small Ceremony

Elopements, vow renewals, and weddings that are deliberately small.

    • Beach ceremony set up for you
    • Floral arch
    • Officiant and the paperwork
    • Bouquet and boutonnière
    • Up to 10 people, the two of you included

For up to 10 guests including the couple. Anything beyond the essentials above can be added on.

    Starting at$2,450

    Day-Of Coordination

You planned all of it and want someone else running it.

    • Vendors briefed and chased
    • The timeline actually executed
    • Setup and breakdown supervised

Up to 75 guests, ceremony and reception. We pick things up roughly two to four weeks out so nothing lands on you in the final fortnight.

    Starting at$1,950

All prices in US dollars. Valid for 2026 and 2027 weddings and subject to change. Every wedding is quoted properly before anything is agreed.

    Weddings we have run

Beaches, gardens and long tables under the trees. Every one of these was planned and run by our team on this island.

    Everything around the day

    • Steaming and pressing

    Suppliers

    How it goes

    1. A first conversation

Free, and with nothing attached. You tell us what you are imagining and we tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.

    2. A proposal

Written for your wedding rather than pulled off a shelf, with the scope and the costs set out plainly so you can see what you are agreeing to.

    3. Planning

Once it is signed, the work starts. Vendors, timeline, budget and all the small decisions, handled between us with you deciding the things that matter.

    4. Meeting on the island

When you land we sit down together, walk the spaces, and settle the last details in person rather than over email.

    5. The day itself

We run it. You are a guest at your own wedding, which is the entire point of hiring anybody.

    Start with a conversation

Tell us the date, roughly how many people, and what you are picturing. The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
